Gaslow LPG

We specified a Galslow refillable LPG system when we ordered Iron Cat the small gas locker meant we could not transfer the system fitted into our Rapido as the tanks were too large. Two 6kg tanks were selected and my only stipulation was to have an external filling point.

The tanks hold approximately 24l of LPG and we have a selection of filling adapters for use through Europe.

My stipulation for an external filling point was to provide some inspired engineering from the technicians at Southdowns Motorhomes who supplied Iron Cat, the technician came up with a solution that is both practical and neat.

The filler point hides behind the N/S rear reflector, the filling adapter screws in and the pump nozzle attaches as normal, it works and is very neat in my opinion, time will tell if it is durable!

My only addition to the Gaslow will be a level indicator, I have a new level sensor to fit to one of the tanks and a neat led gauge to show the contents, haven’t decided where to put the gauge yet but I have plenty of time to experiment.
